If you click on the incoming call icon that will pop-up alongside a sound, you will get redirected to the app where you will see all calls:




Incoming text message notification


This notification allows you to reply to the messages directly for the notification try or open the notification to view the full conversation and additional information such as the number who sent a text message with their name, as well as important client information including but not limited to: Pet name, upcoming appointments, and pending balances,   (if saved in the database You can connect your own extension to personalize notifications.
