Recording an announcement

Let us know that you'd like to make some recordings from any phone within your center and we will create a virtual extension for you to add them there.

Recording the Announcement:
To record the announcement via a recording extension, follow these steps:

1. From any of the phones dial *98XXX (XXX is the extension number).
2. Enter the password 1234 when prompted.
3. Press 0 for the "Mailbox Options".
4. Press 1 to record your "Unavailable" message.

Once recorded please notify us so we can download the recording and upload it to the announcement. Please indicate where you would like the caller to be directed after the announcement plays.
