- Log in to the Phone System Admin Portal by going to https://voice.getkontak.com/
- On the left-hand side, click on "Call Routing", and then "Toggles", as shown in the image.
- Here you can see all the toggles available and by default, they are "Disabled" or green.
- If you turn them on, the screen will load and you will see the word "Enabled" in red as shown in the image below:
Important reminder: Once the toggles are enabled, they must be disabled or the phones will not follow the call schedule feature. This is done either through the phone or by simply clicking on the disable/enable in the PBX (portal). To disable you must click on the exact same toggle you clicked on to enable.
